The Friends of the Norton Senior Center provide support through fundraising.
We are a non-profit organization who render a program of service, to institute fundraising projects for items not provided for by the Town of Norton or the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
We are always looking for new members with new ideas for fundraising and/or how are willing to volunteer their time to help with our fundraising events.
We aim to help make a difference for our Senior Citizens who enjoy their time at the Center.
A NOTE FROM

Norton Senior Center
7/1/2026
Dear Friends,
Welcome to a new year of the Friends of the Norton Senior
Center. Our membership is continually growing, and we have some
exciting fund-raising ideas, but are always looking for more ideas
from you! And we need your help to put these ideas to work. Not
comfortable with fund-raising? Here are some other ways to become
involved;
- By-law committee; our by-laws need to be updated {do you have
any experience)?
- Refreshment committee; provide snacks for our meetings
- Sunshine committee; Let’s take good care of our members and let
them know we’re thinking of them during their difficult (or
celebratory) times
- Raffle committee; We have so many generous donors with crafts,
quilts, Afghans, baskets, A SCULPTURE, etc. that we can sell raffle
tickets for in order to raise funds
- Service committee; become trained to help set up, serve, and then
clean up for any of the Senior Center lunches
- AS YOU CAN SEE, THERE ARE SO MANY WAYS TO GET
INVOLVED WITH YOUR ORGANIZATION.
Paying your membership
dues ($10/yr.) is the first fund-raiser you took part in. Thank you for
that!
I look forward to working with all of you to continue to make this the
best fund-raising organization, it can be. I follow Bill and Bob (and all
their hard work) proudly.

Send us your ideas and suggestions
Until next time,
